Excellent Ski Resort at Reasonable Price
I was satisfied with all the services provided by the hotel. However, I believe the hotel would be more appropriately rated at 4 stars at the most instead of 5.
Not a Happy Camper
The water for the outdoor sauna is too cold - some family member couldn't use it. The treadmill was squeaky and needed some maintenance. The Internet at the hotel is unstable, nearly unusable. The receptionist and her manager weren't very nice to me when I checked in. Nice view from the room though... But considering the ROI, I'll definitely pick a different hotel next year.
