Very friendly owner, confusing price structure

We chose this place for three of us because it appeared to be a bargain on booking.com. We booked a triple room assuming the price we were quoted was for a triple room for three people. We arrived very late the first night and discovered that the price was really for one person for a triple room. Why one person would book a triple room is beyond me. The price structure was illogical. As it was late, we decided to stay anyway even though it was now $220 US dollars for 3 nights instead of $130. Francisco felt badly so he took $20 off, but this was still not really in our budget. He was so nice and the place was big and old and beautiful, so we stayed. The first night was great. The second night, a family with 3adults and 5 older kids and teenagers arrived. They were loud and used the kitchen for a very long time, seemingly unaware that we were waiting to make dinner. The whole place with 5rooms shares one bathroom. This was horrible, as the kids showered and left sand, hair, and their things all over the bathroom and dominated it for over 3 hours. We choose places called "hostels" because they tend to be cheaper and don't allow kids. This place is not a hostel. If you choose to stay here, I recommend asking about the other guests and maki ensure you are clear about the cost. Fransisco does not speak English.
