프라이드인 호텔 웨스트랜즈 고유의 분위기가 모든 객실에 반영되어 있습니다. 호텔의 골프장(3km 이내) , 마사지 등은 바쁜 일상을 뒤로하고 편하면서 긴장을 풀기에 완벽한 곳입니다.

Disappointing

The hotel didn't honour the original booking which was made for Prideinn Lantana. They wanted to convince us that instead we were booked in Lantana. Even when I showed them the booking confirmation which clearly stated that we were booked into Westlands branch they did nothing to accommodate us, just told us to go to Lantana. Absolutely rude and unacceptable reception.

An excellent 3 star hotel

As a business traveler I don't like to stay in 5 star hotels. Around the world, they are all the same so you are culturally lost in space. Even the customers are all he same. This hotel hosts many different activities and there is a flow of local people. A definite plus if you want to see the culture. With respect to the hotel, it is quiet, clean, well located and has an excellent kitchen. I was there for 1 week and every meal was excellent. What is missing to be over-all excellent 3 star hotel, is a lounge area and a business center. However this is not a big problem because most people lounge on the patio / dinner area and the front desk will help you with whatever business needs you have. Every day I had several meetings on the patio and there were never any problems. As a plus, it is also a conference center and 1 day I held a meeting with 35 people. Prices were very good and things went without a hitch. We were offered a tea/coffee break, with snacks and a full buffet lunch. Everyone was impressed. What more does a business man need to do. I would suggest this hotel to anyone. Negative comments are from people who book 3 star hotels and expect 5 star conditions. Disregard them. When you travel you need to experience things, not expect the same as back home. If you want the same as back home, then stay home.
